How you will contribute

Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Development Program Coordination:Assist in the coordination, scheduling, and logistics of training sessions, workshops, and development programs.Handle all training-related communications, including sending invites, reminders, and follow-ups to participants and facilitators.Coordinate with internal trainers and external facilitators for session delivery, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.Manage and coordinate calendars for training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.Content & Documentation Management:Help develop and prepare training materials, manuals, and professional presentations for various programs and initiatives.Maintain comprehensive training records, attendance logs, and feedback reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Organize and maintain talent & capability-related paperwork, program materials, and participant records.Feedback & Continuous Improvement:Collect and compile participant feedback to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs through suggestions, research, and analysis of feedback.Administrative & Onboarding Support:Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees, particularly related to learning and development resources.Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., training providers, platform partners), managing logistics, communication, and basic invoice processing as needed.Provide general administrative support for the Talent & Capability team, including drafting correspondence and managing team resources.Data & Reporting:Assist with basic data collection, entry, and analysis related to learning program effectiveness, participant engagement, and other talent metrics.Utilize Excel to track program participation, budget spend, learning hours, and other key performance indicators, generating reports as required.

What you will bring

Required Skills & Competencies:

Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations, and Microsoft Excel for data entry, basic analysis, reporting, and maintaining trackers.Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail, particularly in managing multiple program schedules and logistics.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to interact professionally with all levels of the organization, external partners, and program participants.Training & L&D Acumen: Basic understanding of training principles and adult learning concepts.Proactivity & Initiative: Ability to work independently, anticipate needs within talent programs, and take initiative in completing tasks.Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, often juggling various program support needs.Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information related to employee development and HR data with discretion and integrity.

More about this role

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in a training, HR, or administrative support role, preferably within a Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Training department.
