Our client, a non-profit health and research-based organization, is in search of a skilled HR Project Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis. About the Job:

Track projects, analyze project data, and generate reports.Create presentations, maintain documentation, and organize files.Support process improvements, training programs, and employee engagement projects.Coordinate cross-functionally and serve as a point-of-contact across teams.Support the team through additional administrative or operational tasks as required.

About You:

A bachelor's degree is required.3+ years of HR project management experience are required.SPHR, PHR, or SHRM certifications are a plus!Strong capabilities with Excel, especially pivot tables, formulas, and vlookups.Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and willingness to learn new systems.

Position Information:
