This is a hybrid position which consists of reporting to our 100 Church Street, NYC office 3 days per week (Tues/Wed/Thurs).
Key Responsibilities:
Leads the program planning process for HR initiatives, creating detailed work plans, timelines, and deliverables
Translates HR strategic priorities into actionable project and program plans
Manages multiple concurrent HR projects, ensuring alignment, dependencies, and milestones are tracked
Establishes and maintains program management standards, templates, and reporting mechanisms
Monitors execution progress, provides regular status updates, and escalates risks/issues as needed
Coordinates across HR teams and COEs to align resources and schedule
Partners with Finance, IT, and other business functions to support HR program execution
Tracks and reports on success and performance metrics for program delivery
Drives consistent project management practices across HR, fostering discipline and accountability
Supports change management and provides consistent and clear communication among all people engaged in the project
Cultivates an environment of trust, complete transparency, and information sharing
Continuously looks for ways to improve operational efficiency
Provides operational and some administrative assistance to program or project leads and SMEs
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Must have strong knowledge of program/project management methodologies, tools and technology
Must have experience managing complex programs or projects with timely delivery and minimal errors
Demonstrated ability to build trusting and influential relationships at all levels of leadership
Extraordinarily concise, clear, written, and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to increase process efficiency
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean
Some experience or education in Human Resources or a related field
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $103,400 - $149,430
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $88,700 - $131,920
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
