HR Project Manager: AI Solutions

Summary

Act as a liaison/Product Owner Delegate between business stakeholders and delivery teams, systematically gathering and documenting requirements/user stories to ensure alignment with business needs and successful project

What you’ll do

Develop (code), test, and provide ongoing application support for new or existing software applications, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.

Software Development: Code and test new software applications to meet business requirements and user needs.

Application Maintenance and Performance Optimization: Maintain and update existing applications to fix bugs, improve performance, and ensure compatibility with new technologies.

Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements/user stories, creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Quality Assurance and Technical Support: Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, managing development projects and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.

What you’ll bring

Ability to deconstruct end-to-end processes into atomic tasks suitable for AI intervention.

Experience crafting clear, concise, and targeted communication strategies

Experience with Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management approaches

Experience defining and tracking KPIs for change management and AI adoption

Understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, especially agentic AI (AI systems capable of autonomous action).

Ability to influence without authority and resolve conflicts diplomatically

Proven team player, able to work cross-functionally

Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable solutions

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science.

3+ years of related experience.

Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Tech Business Analysis, earns between $118,800 - $178,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
