Our client, a leader in the agriculture and manufacturing industry, is seeking an HR PMO Sr. Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager supporting the HR Portfolio, you will be part of the HR department, working closely with HR leadership and project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** HR PMO Sr. Project Manager
**Location: Loveland, Colorado**
+ Mostly Remote. Will occasionally have to come in for meetings either in Loveland, CO or in Canada. ( A few times a year)
+ Must have a Passport and the ability to travel to Canada occassionally
**Pay Range: $77 to $80 an hour**
+ W2 Contract (Not open to c2c candidates, not open to candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future, not open to W2 Referral from c2c companies)
+ Duration: 9/22/25 to 6/05/26 (Strong possibility of extension, long term project)
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead and deliver key HR projects aligned with organizational strategic goals, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
+ Facilitate project scope, goals, timelines, and resource planning in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
+ Communicate project strategies, progress, and risks effectively to all stakeholders and team members.
+ Manage project budgets, track milestones, and generate detailed reports for executive review.
+ Implement change control processes, identify risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
**What's Needed?**
+ Extensive experience with HR business processes, systems, and transformation projects, including HR operating models.
+ Proven success in managing projects within the Hire to Retire space, with knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
+ Strong leadership skills demonstrated through managing diverse project teams and stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
+ Industry-recognized project management certification with 8+ years of relevant experience; Scrum certification is a plus.
