HR Partner, Customer Care

Role Summary:

The Human Resources Customer Care Representative will help build a people-first culture that delivers business results. Providing expert HR consultation to both management and employees, as well as day-to-day HR support, within a Flowserve business unit.

Hybrid role: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer requests, (calls, chats, tickets) and provide guidance to associates and managersConsistently execute HR processes, using case management, chat, and telephonyProvide guidance to associates and managers on self-service transactions and navigating the HR portalResearch solutions to HR customer inquiries and escalate as neededUnderstand and be able to communicate HR policies, processes, and proceduresAdhering to Flowserve’s safety, integrity, and code of conduct policiesOther duties as required and assigned by manager

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business/HRIdeally 2-3 years of experience in HR or customer service or HR service deliveryProficiency in English and Spanish, Portuguese will be an advantageExceptional customer service, emotional intelligence and empathyExcellent probing abilities, to identify true need from customerResourcefulness and ability to find answers quicklyThorough with responses to inquiries and issuesAdaptable to different customer types and situationsTechnologically savvy to improve and automate activitiesConfidentiality and discretion for managing sensitive informationExecutive presence and ability to deliver high touch support

Preferred :

Studies in Human ResourcesRelevant experiencePrior experience in an HR Operations EnvironmentWorking knowledge of Workday and/or Neocase
