Job Title: HR Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
The HR Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of HR processes. This individual will support various HR functions, focusing on data accuracy, process optimization, and providing an excellent employee experience.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain accurate employee data in HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity for benefits, and reporting purposes.
* Process HR transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and changes in employee status, in a timely and accurate manner.
* Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee queries related to health, retirement, and other company benefits.
* Support HR Leadership via effectively managing calendar, appointments, meetings, compliance and expensing.
* Generate HR reports and analytics as required, providing insights into workforce data, trends, and compliance.
* Assist in the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR operational processes and procedures.
* Support in executing of all India employee engagement initiatives partnering with HR BPs and the central HR team.
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, employee experience, and HR technology adoption.
* Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee information and sensitive HR data.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 4-7 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role, preferably within a large multinational corporation.
* Strong proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS), preferably with experience in Workday reports or similar enterprise-level HR platforms.
* Excellent data management and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
* Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
* Familiarity with relevant labor laws and compliance requirements in the region.
* Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (for data analysis and reporting) and Outlook.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
