JOB DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive reporting and insights around our people related information.

This includes creating regular and ad-hoc reports, providing guidance to users regarding data definitions and accuracy, and performing data audits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR reports, primarily using Workday reportingProvides high level insights to stakeholders regarding data accuracy and information parametersCoordinates the intake of HR data requests and escalates urgent or complex matters as neededPerforms HR data auditsMaintains shared data governance documentation to ensure end to end data quality, accuracy and consistencyUpdating and maintaining accurate information on the firm's HR System and other filing systems;Updates documents in response to new legislation or policy changes;Participates in HR projectsBuilding and maintaining effective relationships with the other members of the HR team;Actively participating in process improvement discussions and implementing necessary changes.

REQUIREMENTS:

Essential

High level of IT skills, including MS Office and ExcelExperience creating and running HR reportsHR systems experienceStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenFluent spoken and written English

Desirable

Previous experience in customer service in a professional or commercial environmentPrevious experience in Workday strongly preferred
