We are seeking an HR Operations Analyst responsible for handling operational and maintenance tasks in human resource information systems (HRIS). This role involves managing the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information to support the Human Resource department's planning and activities. Key tasks include processing employee data transactions, facilitating new employee hiring/onboarding, and responding to inquiries related to HRIS platforms.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate as a team member on the HR Operations team to support Human Resources Information Systems.Execute new teammate hiring and onboarding tasks, including I-9 verification via the Guardian platform and processing hires in the Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) platform.Handle contractor hires in the UKG system.Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) to verify information and gather data not included in system integrations.Research, analyze, maintain, and communicate functional processes and solutions to support HR operations and projects.Develop and document enterprise HR business processes aligned with HR policies and programs, such as job aids.Assist in monitoring the global HR mailbox, serving as a point of contact for HR Business Partners, managers, and teammates needing assistance with HRIS platform tasks.Collaborate with HR specialists and vendors on support, enhancements, and functional changes to the platform.Understand and adhere to HR data governance policies, processes, and practices to protect teammate data.
Essential SkillsProficiency in UKG and Excel.Experience with I-9 verification; familiarity with the Guardian platform is a plus.Required experience with UKGPro.Experience with iCIMS is advantageous.Advanced Excel skills are necessary.Strong written and verbal communication skills to support teammates at various levels.Ability to build relationships with leadership, peers, business clients, shared services teams, and vendors.Proven ability to manage and prioritize support requests.Ability to gather and document business requirements and develop job aids.Capability to document, assess, and improve end-to-end business processes.
Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.Experience supporting global employees outside of the US is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
Work Environment
This position is remote and requires an 8-hour shift between 8am and 6pm EST.

This is a Contract position based out of Miami Lakes, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
