**Job description**
1. Support HRBP team to achieve HR performance targets through daily operation by providing standardized employee lifecycle management services (Pre-onboarding, on/off boarding, job change, employee attendance, dormitory file etc) with good archiving work for compliance;
2. Interact with HRBPs, employees and managers to resolve the inquiries and provide timely, high-quality resolution and HR services support including HR report and analysis;
3. Act as Training focal for annual training planning and training implementation;
4. Collaborate and cooperate with shared service HR like recruitment and C&B to ensure the smooth HR services operation;
5. Coordinate commercial insurance insurance registration with vendor;
6. Support the related application process per local regulations including but not limited to the flexible working hours, Hukou, residence permit, talent allowance etc.;
7. Learn CI tools and build digital mindset to drive continuous improvement of the process in order to enhance process efficiency, quality and productivity;
8. Take part in internal and external activity or projects as necessary like audit etc;
9. Being backup of the team in case of any emergency and other job assignments from the manager;
**Candidate skills & requirements**
1. Bachelor degree or above, minimum 5 years of HR work experience;
2. Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset, able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadline;
3. Proficient communication skills with good team spirit, work ethics, strong sense of responsibility for the work with good English level;
4. High level of sense of confidentiality and compliance risk control;
5. Office software like excel, PPT, Power BI as a plus;
