๐ผ _Salary: $85,000 โ $100,000 (Negotiable based on education and experience)_

**About the Role**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Human Resources Manager** to join our team and support our West Region operations across Colorado and Idaho. This is a hands-on, strategic role that partners closely with business leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
+ Lead recruitment efforts in collaboration with Business Unit leaders and the Talent Acquisition team.
+ Drive employee development initiatives and talent management programs.
+ Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
+ Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
+ Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, leave administration, and employee engagement.
+ Collaborate cross-regionally to ensure consistency in HR practices and programs.
+ Utilize HRIS and data analytics to inform decision-making and improve efficiency.
+ Travel approximately 25โ35% to support regional operations.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources or related field.
+ 5โ7 years of HR leadership experience; construction industry experience preferred.
+ Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (including custom report writing).
+ Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
+ Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and drive organizational change.
+ Experience in recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.
+ Ability to travel in and out of state as needed.
