Position Statement
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for acting as a lead person is in the delivery of human resource services with specific responsibility for providing information to other HR Staff and employees. The HR Manager is responsible for performing in depth HR duties under minimal supervision and is also responsible for the nominal supervision of a small team.
As a collective HR team, the responsibilities extend to promoting the development of an ethical, inclusive and diverse organizational culture. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Business Partnership
• Support Managers by responding to all HR enquiries.
• Ensure all HR tasks are actioned and completed in a timely manner.
• Manage Onboarding/ Offboarding, employment contracts and variations where required.
• Ensure all HR records and information related to individual employees or employment related matters are maintained to required standards.
• Conducting reviews of HR documentation and processes such as policies, procedures, processes and forms.
• Support to deal with disciplinary or grievance and HR related issues, offer professional consultation and advice to employees as appropriate.
• Communicate company information to staff effectively and efficiently.
• Assist and support in organizing and implementing various employee relations activities e.g annual staff functions, survey
• HR Database system management
• Corporate with Trade Union Team to provide employee benefits under Trade Union Benefit Policies.
Recruitment, Selection and Retention
• Manage the recruitment process in consultation with relevant business unit managers and interviews.
Employee Relations Management
• Support conducting a regular audit and review of the human resource management practices to ensure compliance with corporate policies and legislative requirements.
• Adhere to and administer company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Policy Review and Interpretation
• Support the existing policy review process to ensure that policies are maintained and updated in line with the version control requirements.
• Assist managers and employees with routine policy information and interpretation.
Continuous Improvement on Service Delivery
• Actively identify problems and issues that could cause problems in providing services to Crown Worldwide employees.
• Support other departments for HR Auditing if required.
Corporate Social Responsibility
• Ensure the HR function is aligned with the business's sustainability strategy by accurately capturing all CSR related activity.
Learning and Development
• Ensure Learning and Development activity is recorded accurately each month by team.
• Prepare and deliver training across the business that relates to HRM practices and or initiatives.
• Ensure the Learning and Development activity is aligned to the Corporate Strategy.
• Propose the efficient training plan aligned with needs combined for whole organization to ensure efficient implementation of individual training plans for all employees.
• Participate in evaluation and monitor training programs to ensure the training objectives are met.
• Coordinate local training program (if any).
Team Leadership
• Manage and support HR Team for the purpose of assisting in the performance of their work activities.
• Trains other HR team members on processes, procedures, protocols and policies for the purpose of ensuring that best employment practices are followed.
Compensation Management
• Liaises with insurance brokers / vendors on renewals / proposals.
• Administers employee fringe benefits.
• Provides employee benefits review sessions and new hires onboarding sessions regularly.
• Updates personnel files, matrix summary and EC records are up to date.
• Understand and identify data needs in compensation, including market data gathering and analysis
• Maintain and continuously improve the quality of compensation data and systems and achieve quality objectives through daily actions.
• As a data expert work with other team members on assigned projects and serve as a point person for routine to moderately complex data and information requests
• Manage Annual Performance Management, Annual Salary Review and Bonus recommendations processes.
• Work closely with HR team to prepare Social Insurance Reports, Payroll, PIT Report, monthly HR movement reports and related analysis.
• Ensure efficient HR operations.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and HR projects as assigned.
• Monitor the compensation planning process.
• Upload mass compensation data to Employee Central.
Other
• Demonstrate and promote the company vision and values.
• Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and meetings.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the Management Team.

• Experience in cloud system and HR System (SAP) such as Target, iLearning.
• Experience in interpreting and implementing legislation, policy, guidelines, regulations and strategies regarding employment and industrial relations.

Qualifications
• Preferably studying a Business, Human Resource Management.
• Degree holder in HRM or equivalent.
• Experience with Change Management as well as Succession plan Skill.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of working experience in generalist HR and as HR management role.
• Former experience in MNC / sizeable companies and serving diverse team is an advantage.
• Good knowledge in labor law and Government regulations.
• Good at Recruitment and Performance Management.
• Strong Compensation & Benefit skills for payroll, PIT & Social Insurance Reports.
• Strong labor code & practices for discipline procedures.
• Strong integrity, professionalism, and confidential manner.
• Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal & communications skills.
