Description
We are looking for an Human Resources Manager to join our team in Sheboygan County. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture, and dedicated to ensuring smooth HR operations. You will oversee key HR functions, including employee relations, payroll administration, and recruitment, while contributing to the organization's overall success.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Oversee HR administrative functions, including onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee records.
• Administer benefit programs, ensuring employees understand and utilize available resources effectively.
• Maintain and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to streamline HR processes.
• Lead corporate recruitment efforts to attract and secure top talent for various roles.
• Supervise bi-monthly payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decisions.
Requirements • Proven experience in employee relations, with the ability to mediate and resolve workplace issues effectively.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, including onboarding and record-keeping.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and the ability to communicate options to employees.
• Proficiency in managing and utilizing HRIS systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate recruitment strategies and practices.
• Experience handling payroll processes, particularly bi-monthly schedules.
• Thorough understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple HR functions effectively.
