Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department in KC Metro area. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and programs that drive employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the HR Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers while fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide the HR team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services across the organization.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Oversee employee relations, providing support and guidance to resolve workplace concerns effectively.
• Manage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
• Administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance and accessibility for all employees.
• Lead performance management efforts, including evaluations and development plans to enhance employee growth.
• Monitor compliance with employment laws and organizational policies to mitigate risks.
• Drive initiatives that support organizational development and enhance employee engagement.
• Collaborate with managers to address workforce planning and talent development needs.
• Provide hands-on assistance to employees and managers, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements • Proven experience in a human resources leadership role, preferably as an HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and HR administration.
• Expertise in managing benefits programs and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to implement HR policies and programs effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team, encouraging growth and development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
