Our client, a non-profit organization in Arlington, VA, is urgently seeking a temporary HR Manager to support their team for 3 months!

About the Job:

Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure compliant job postings, support resume screenings, and schedule interviews.Support performance review cycles and other compensation processes.Assist with benefits administration, multi-state compliance, open enrollment, and vendor coordination.Parter with the accounting team to support payroll accuracy.Handle additional responsibilities as needed to support the HR team.

About You:

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is highly preferred.7+ years of progressive HR experience are required.Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.UKG experience is highly preferred.Ability to manage shifting priorities, multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Confidential and personable with the ability to connect with others.

About the Position:
