Job Summary
The HR Management Specialist shall focus in establishing and completing talents needed for the completion of SP Fulcrum Project (a small package logistics operation). S/He will lead and be accountable for the day-to-day recruitment activities – from recruitment planning, talent search, screening and short listing, interviewing, assessment and evaluation, job offer up to onboarding and orientation.
Preferred Competencies:
Execute the recruitment and sourcing strategy for mass and corporate hirings of UPSConduct interviews and behavioral assessments for all hiring requirementsCoordinate interviews and facilitate offer process Create weekly reports and analysis using the recruitment databaseEnsure adherence to the SLAs for recruitment and sourcing including but not limited to applicant flow, new hire attrition and overall applicant experienceEnsure 100% compliance of all pre-employment requirements of new hires including reference checks and medical examinationsKnowledgeable in Workday Recruiting process.Qualifications and Requirements
Experience in handling mass hiring and corporate recruitmentBachelor’s/College Degree as minimum requirementPrior experience in Talent Management and Recruitment Resourceful, creative and innovative in creating sourcing ideasStrong background in building networks and connectionsHighly organized individualWilling to work in a shifting schedule.Experience of working with multiple cultures and geographies is a plus
