Job Description

We're looking for a strategic People Lead to partner with our Commercial Unit leadership team in driving people excellence across BU Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Baltic countries).

Based in Warsaw, you'll be a trusted advisor on complex people matters while leading a team of HR experts to deliver impactful employee relations and talent strategies.

This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for implementing global employee relations strategies, shape organizational capability, drive change initiatives, and ensure our people strategies enable business success across multiple countries.

What You'll Do

Strategic Business Partnership

Partner with both Crop Protection and Seeds leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive business goalsAct as trusted advisor on complex employee relations and people management mattersIdentify critical talent challenges and develop solutions balancing enterprise and local needsEnsure organizational capability, processes, and culture align with business objectives

Employee Relations Leadership

Deploy and adapt global employee relations frameworks to local legal and cultural contextsServe as escalation point for complex grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions across the geographyLead consultation processes with employee representativesMonitor employee relations trends and risks; build manager capability through coaching and trainingEnsure compliance with local employment laws in partnership with Legal and Compliance

Organizational Development & Change

Drive organizational development and change management initiatives with sustainable impactLead talent management initiatives while enabling local adaptation

Team Leadership

Directly manage and develop the local HR teamBuild team capability and drive personal growthEnsure excellence in people management practices at local level

Qualifications

Essential Experience

10+ years of HR experience, including 2-3 years in people managementProven track record leading and developing HR teamsExperience implementing HR initiatives in global organizations, including business change management projectsSuccessful history of coaching leaders to achieve people objectivesOperational HR policy and process management in complex environments
