We are looking to recruit an HR student to support our HR Shared Services & Operations teams across the EMEAI region in a part-time role (20 hours per week) as part of a two-year internship at our Darmstadt office in Germany. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Manage incoming mail, including scanning, copying, and distribution + Handle outgoing mail, which must be processed as original documentation + Support a variety of administrative HR-related tasks across the EMEAI region + File HR documents and correspondence, ensuring proper organization and deletion in line with GDPR requirements + Support HR-related projects + Assist with policy development and related documentation + Prepare and distribute reference letters + Organize and sort the HR archive in Germany in accordance with GDPR + Respond to standard employee tickets via the Danaher Assist system + Draft pension- and benefits-related letters + Prepare standard confirmation letters for all countries + Support ad-hoc requests through Danaher Assist and the EMEA HR mailbox + Assist with the onboarding process The essential requirements of the job include: + Currently enrolled as a student at a university or FHH + Fluency in both German and English + Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office + Excellent administrative and organizational skills + Strong ability to plan and manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy, combined with a positive mindset and eagerness to learn Additional Requirements: + Ability to commute to the Darmstadt office in Germany Join our winning team today.
