Job Summary: 
Trane Technologies is looking for an HR Generalist to join the Human Resources team in Saudi Arabia; this role supports a wide range of HR related functions for both commercial sales and service in Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys a fast pace and a desire to grow. We are looking for someone who can leverage their HR knowledge and be an impactful partner to support a high-performance workplace culture.
Responsibilities: Serve as the first line HR contact for the three office sites across Saudi Arabia. Support leaders in day-to-day HR queries, interpretation of policies, problem resolution, and employee guidance. Drive core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and employee relations at local offices. Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with regional labor laws and company global standards.Active engagement in overall talent practices, including workforce planning, success profiling, onboarding, talent development and management, retention, and engagement programs. Partners with hiring managers in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of hourly employees; provides tools/resources to new employees on culture, company and groups.Coordinate and launch key talent programs, including internships, early talent strategy, and learning & development initiatives.Gathers, analyses, and interprets HR related data for report generation and management decision-making, and links HR action plans with business needs.Lead or co-lead strategic HR projects across MEA offices (e.g. process improvements, talent development, training deployment).
 
Qualifications:2-5 years' experience in Human Resources Function. Bachelor's degree required.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally and courteously and build relationships with all levels of associates and stakeholders. Detail- oreinted , organized, with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to work independently and /or collaboratively with a team. Knowledge of Workday is a plus. Saudi National is a must.
