About the Role We’re looking for a people-first HR Generalist who’s passionate about building great employee experiences. What You’ll Do 🌱 Talent Acquisition + Own the end-to-end hiring process for technical and non-technical roles + Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers + Build and maintain candidate pipelines + Support smooth onboarding and welcoming experiences for new hires 💬 Employee Engagement & Relations + Be the go-to HR person employees feel comfortable talking to + Help plan and run engagement activities (online & onsite) + Handle employee questions, concerns, and basic conflict resolution + Assist in creating and rolling out HR policies, announcements, and internal updates ⏱ Attendance & Performance Tracking + Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and leave usage + Help track performance documentation and review cycles + Coordinate with managers on attendance or performance-related concerns 📊 HR Reports & Admin + Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports (headcount, hiring status, attendance, attrition) + Keep employee records organized, accurate, and confidential + Support compliance documentation when needed What We’re Looking For + Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field + 1–2 years of HR experience, ideally with international or remote teams + Hands-on experience in recruitment and general HR operations + Strong communication skills (written & verbal) + Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks + Familiar with HR tools, ATS, and Google Workspace / MS Office Nice to Have (But Not Required) + Experience supporting tech, web hosting, or startup environments + Exposure to international HR practices + Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws Why You’ll Love Working Here ✨ + Work with global teams and gain international exposure + Supportive, collaborative, and modern work culture + Your ideas actually matter  JOB DETAILS + Full-time remote + Nightshift (US Central Time) + Salary package 18,000 -25,000 pesos + Paid Vacation and Sick leave Powered by JazzHR
