HR Generalist Ll (Onsite)
We are hiring for an Onsite HR Generalist (Employee Relations oriented) position in Seattle, WA!

Job Description

Administer human resources policies and procedures across multiple functional areas, collecting and analyzing HR data to make informed recommendations to management. Process paperwork according to established procedures and prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation benefits or company policies. This role may require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 3-5 years of experience in the field or a related area. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the HR field is expected. The role relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and involves a variety of tasks performed under general supervision, typically reporting to a manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $31.00/hr.
