As an HR Generalist Associate in our Argentina Human Resources team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting employees throughout their lifecycle at the firm. You will oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensure compliance with local regulations, and maintain accurate HR documentation. You will work closely with Payroll and other HR partners to deliver a seamless experience for employees and managers. Your expertise will help us foster a positive and compliant workplace.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and organized employee records and departmental documentationAssist with new hire orientation and integration activitiesStay up-to-date with Argentina’s labor laws and industry standardsCollaborate with Payroll to manage employment contracts, including fixed-term agreements, internships, and internal transfersManage the complete offboarding process, guiding employees and managers through all required stepsEnsure all offboarding procedures comply with local laws and company policiesFinalize and digitize documentation for departing employeesAddress questions and concerns related to the offboarding processOversee processes for outbound repatriations and permanent transfersAdminister in-country transfers between legal entities, ensuring all regulatory paperwork is completed accurately

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of progressive experience in Human ResourcesExperience leading teamsVerbal and written English proficiencyStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsHighly organized, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal relationship skillsTeam-oriented approachExperience in process improvement, with a focus on quality, control, and complianceStrong understanding of labor laws in ArgentinaComprehensive knowledge of HR/Payroll systems, Time and Attendance systems, and reporting tools

Experience with SAP HR systemsAdvanced knowledge of employee lifecycle managementProven ability to drive process improvementsExperience working in multinational organizationsFamiliarity with digital HR documentation toolsAbility to adapt to changing regulatory requirements
