HR Generalist
Description Sara Walker with Robert Half is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Vancouver, Washington. This role requires a versatile individual with strong attention to detail who can handle a variety of human resources functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations. Responsibilities: • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. • Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and addressing inquiries. • Handle high-volume invoicing and ensure timely processing of payments. • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. • Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions. • Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on company policies. • Support payroll processing activities and verify data entry accuracy. • Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures. • Monitor and improve office operations to ensure efficiency. • Coordinate with external parties for public works projects and administrative tasks.
