Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role is vital in ensuring smooth human resource operations, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting various HR functions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating an efficient and welcoming workplace while confidently handling administrative tasks and employee inquiries. Responsibilities: • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization. • Address and resolve employee relations issues while maintaining a positive and attentive work environment. • Respond to inquiries related to employee benefits and provide accurate information to support staff needs. • Manage timecards and ensure payroll processes are accurate and timely. • Oversee and maintain the functionality and data integrity of HR systems. • Coordinate and track requests related to HR processes and ensure timely resolution. • Collaborate with leadership to implement HR policies and procedures effectively. • Monitor compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. • Provide guidance and support for various HR functions to meet organizational goals. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related role. • Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and procedures. • Proficiency in HR administration, including onboarding and benefits coordination. • Familiarity with HRIS systems and their functionalities. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management. • A detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in HR processes and documentation.
