HR Generalist
About the Role

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support a fast-paced manufacturing site in Fall River, MA.

This long-term contract role plays a key part in delivering day-to-day HR support, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations.

This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals early in their careers who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Employee & HR Support

Serve as the first point of contact for routine employee questions and HR-related inquiriesSupport documentation for employee relations cases, investigations, and follow-up actionsAssist managers with basic HR policy interpretation under guidance from HR team membersTrack attendance issues, corrective actions, and policy compliance

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Support

Assist with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and interview logisticsPost job requisitions and monitor candidate movement within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Support applicant management and recruiting workflowsParticipate in interview panels for entry-level roles (as trained)Support job fairs, campus recruiting, and trainee pipeline initiatives

Onboarding & Orientation

Coordinate pre-hire activities including document collection, back ground checks, and onboarding tasksManage logistics for new hire orientation and ensure a smooth first-day experienceMaintain onboarding materials, checklists, and compliance documentation

Trainee Program Support

Assist with logistical coordination for trainee onboarding and engagement programsMaintain trackers for trainee timelines, documentation, and program milestonesSupport orientation and training rotations for traineesQualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3–5 years of Human Resources experienceStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environmentJob Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fall River, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.00/hr.
