Run full‑cycle hiring for hourly, professional, and leadership roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.Build proactive talent pipelines for priority skill areasDesign and run an annual engagement plan: listening mechanisms (pulse surveys, stay/exit interviews), action planning with leaders, and targeted programs (recognition, new‑hire integration, career pathways).Coach supervisors on feedback, recognition, and retention fundamentals; facilitate manager toolkits and workshops.Maintain compliant policies and practices aligned to federal and Michigan law (I‑9, EEO/AA, FLSA, FMLA/ADA), plus safety collaboration with EHS.Coordinate benefits and leave administration with payroll/benefits providers; resolve escalations.Use HRIS/ATS to produce weekly dashboards for recruiting and engagement; interpret trends and recommend actions.Additional Skills & Qualifications
5–8+ years progressive HR experience with strong ownership of full‑cycle recruiting and employee engagement programs.Experience partnering with operations/manufacturing teams; comfortable on the floor and in the field.Proven ability to design surveys, analyze engagement data, and lead action planning with measurable outcomes.Hands‑on ATS/HRIS proficiency; strong Excel/analytics skills.Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance (federal/Michigan).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident coaching managers and presenting to leadership.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $39.00/hr.
