Bachelor's degree, required.5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience, ideally within a small or mid-sized organization.Broad, hands-on HR background including employee relations, training, engagement, compliance, and recruiting.Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, flexible, and collaborative approach. Ability to manage shifting priorities and thrive in an environment with evolving structure.

The pay for this role is $80,000-$100,000 per year.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
