HR Generalist
+ Preparation of employment contracts, amendments and other HR documents + Onboarding & offboarding (procedurally smooth and legislatively correct entry and exit). + Work with HR and attendance system - recording personal data, working hours, leave and absences& ensure high level of data accuracy + HR systems & digitalization: description and streamlining of workflow, digitalization of applications and approvals, data hygiene and basic reporting. + Preparation of payroll documents - cooperation with payroll accountant + Administrative support of the HR department and other related activities + Preparation of reports + Cooperation with global HR teams + Solving common work questions and employee problems. + Monitoring legislative changes in labor law. + Ensuring compliance with internal rules and labor regulations. + Other Shared service duties as assigned **onsemi** (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
