**Job Title: HR Generalist**
**Location:** Onsite - Carson, CA
**Shift:** 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
**Pay Rate:** $40/hr.
**Overtime:** May be required (5–10 hours/week)
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a proactive and experienced **HR Generalist** to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting HR operations, including recruiting, employee relations, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR within the aerospace or manufacturing industry and be ready to contribute immediately.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Recruit hourly employees and manage employee conflict resolution.
+ Support HR processes including metrics analysis, talent initiatives, data integrity, and performance management.
+ Collaborate with recruiting, shared services, compensation & benefits, and talent management teams.
+ Continuously improve HR practices and leverage HRIS systems for efficiency.
+ Develop, document, and maintain standard HR policies and procedures.
+ Partner with leadership to foster employee engagement and business improvement.
+ Provide guidance on organizational changes, workforce planning, and succession planning.
+ Act as a change agent to support business priorities and build high-performing teams.
+ Assist with Global Mobility initiatives for the corporate population.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required).
+ 1–3 years of HR experience.
+ Experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry (highly desired).
+ Strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not available).
+ Must be able to lawfully access export-controlled items.
**Additional Information:**
+ Position is open due to a department departure.
+ Interviews will be conducted ASAP with the HR Manager and/or Director.
