HR Generalist

We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better.

The HR Generalist will be working closely with our leadership team to support all on-going HR activities in our shared service center. To do so, the ideal candidate will have solid corporate experience in all HR processes, including HR administration and reporting, recruitment and T&D.

Duties include but are not limited to:-

Supporting training / onboarding of new employees.Supporting input data preparation for payroll purposesPreparation of HR documentation (job offers, employment contracts, registration of employees etc)Managing recruitment process (develop and update job descriptions, source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, network etc, screen candidates resumes, conduct interviews, provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports)Updating and maintaining HR databases and HR platform (Workday) as requiredMaintaining and reporting HR KPI’s (turnover, head count…)Act as a first point of contact for all employees’ questions and concerns

Work experience:

2 - 3 years of work experience in HR generalist role, preferably in corporate environment

Tehnical skills:

Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)Excellent verbal and written English and Serbian language skills.Other European languages would be an advantage.General knowledge of Serbian Labour Law

Education:

University degree in Business Administration or similar area preferred
