Job Title: HR GeneralistJob Description

The main function of an HR Generalist is to perform administrative functions such as managing employee benefits, recruiting, and interviewing, alongside strategic planning and policy management. An HR Generalist is responsible for enhancing company productivity, increasing performance, and improving business results.

ResponsibilitiesAlign HR policies and programs to promote employee engagement, retention, and performance.Act as a trusted coach providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits.Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop a story to provide data-driven recommendations to management.Support a culture of continuous improvement by providing coaching and feedback.Facilitate conflict resolution, inquiries, and disciplinary actions as necessary.Collaborate with global HR partners and process owners.Address employee concerns and questions.Provide Workday support and processing.Streamline and standardize HR policies and procedures.Provide direct leader and employee support.Manage compliance questions.Conduct data analytics and reporting.Essential SkillsExtensive experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); desired experience with Workday, SharePoint/OneDrive.Ability to exhibit decision making and critical thinking skills.Experience with data gathering and reporting.Strong knowledge of HR policies, standards, and procedures, including equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.8-10 years of experience in the field.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree required; open to candidates with a 2-year degree and 10+ years of experience.Master's degree with 7 years of experience is also acceptable.Internships are considered as job experience.Comparable roles: HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, HR Rep.Work Environment

The individual will collaborate closely with the full HR team and support approximately 800 global employees across various departments, including Business Resources, Engineering, Commercial, and Communications.

This is a Contract position based out of Irving, TX 75039.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $31.25/hr.
