We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home. What You’ll BringExperience in organisational design or organisational change.Strong ER case management experience (complex, high‑risk cases).Understanding of UK employment law and ability to apply legislative updates.Ability to coach, influence and challenge stakeholders across seniority levels.About You: The Ideal CandidateEffective communication skills across all levels.Ability to quickly adapt, learn and handle variety and complexity.Collaborative and supportive team approach.Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.Application Guidance
