About the Job:

Ensure compliance with various laws and company policies.Support recruiting, onboarding, and maintain records.Coordinate employee recognition programs, provide disciplinary guidance, and maintain personnel files.Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, calendaring, and inbox management.Complete additional relevant HR tasks as required.

About You:

3+ years of HR generalist experience are required.An associates degree is required; A bachelor's degree is preferred.Strong experience with benefits claims is required.Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and an HRIS system.Detail-oriented and organized with excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable exercising discretion with confidential information and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Position:
