Job Title: HR Data Entry Admin Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Data Entry Admin to manage employee information in our HRIS systems. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, generating reports, and supporting audits. Collaboration with HR team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry is essential.
Responsibilities
+ Input and update employee information in HRIS systems, including personal details, job changes, and benefits.
+ Maintain accurate records of employee data and documentation.
+ Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes by managing data-related tasks.
+ Generate reports and support audits as needed.
+ Collaborate with HR team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
+ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of HR experience in roles such as admin, coordinator, or assistant.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
+ Experience with HRIS data entry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paylocity, ADP, UKG, Kronos, or Workday.
Work Environment
This position is on-site in Curtis Bay with a flexible schedule of Monday to Friday, either 8 AM to 5 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM. You will gain experience working with a large government contractor.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Curtis Bay, Maryland.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
