Our client, a leading organization in the HR sector, is seeking a HR Data Coordinator to join their team. As a HR Data Coordinator, you will be part of the Wellbeing HR (People & Culture) Team supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** HR Data Coordinator
**Location:** El Segundo, CA (Hybrid - onsite 1-2 days per week)
**Pay Range:** $19.00 - $22.00
**Contract:** 3 Months (extension possible)
**What's the Job?**
+ Support HRBPs on Learning Initiatives for Wellbeing, including the refresh of the onboarding portal and project management/design of November learning week.
+ Assist in data analysis for Wellbeing projects such as EOY Bonus Validation, ad hoc data requests, and reporting simplification.
+ Help plan culture activations across Wellbeing and the LA Hub.
+ Support other HR needs as required.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
+ Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
