We're looking for a sharp, curious HR Data Analyst to join our Group HR team based in our Newcastle offcies to help shape the future of our people strategy through insights that matter.

 

LSL Property Services is one of the UK’s largest providers of services to franchised estate agencies, mortgage intermediaries, and valuation services for many of the UK’s biggest mortgage lenders.

 

This role within our Group HR Team will be the go-to expert for HR data — partnering with teams across the business to deliver meaningful analysis, drive smarter decision-making, and fuel innovation across our people function.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Collect & analyse HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, payroll, ATS, LMS, etc.)

Build dynamic dashboards and reports that track key HR metrics: headcount, turnover, DEI, reward, engagement, and more

Develop predictive models to forecast attrition and support workforce planning amognst other strategic initiatives.

Visualise insights through Power BI, Tableau or similar tools — and tell the story behind the numbers

Conducting horizon scanning to identify external HR and workforce trends, new technologies, and best practices — and applying those insights to keep our data strategy current and forward-thinking

Support strategic projects across recruitment, learning, reward, and talent development

Champion data quality and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal governance

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in a data analyst or HR analyst role, ideally in a fast-paced or matrixed environment

Proficiency in data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Excel

Solid understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices

A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with excellent storytelling and communication skills

A collaborative, stakeholder-focused approach and a commitment to data accuracy
