Our client, a leading academic institution, is seeking a HR Coordinator-Higher Education to join their team. As a HR Coordinator, you will be part of the academic departments supporting various employee populations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience hiring/onboarding students, faculty, and administrators. **Job Title:** HR Coordinator-Higher Education **Location:** Brooklyn, NY 11201 (Onsite 5 days) **Pay Range:** $28-33hr W2 **What's the Job?** + Provide support to academic departments to process appointments and onboard student employees, adjuncts, researchers, and other employee populations, as needed. + Coordinate submission and follow-up of paperwork for visas and student interns. + Support implementation of streamlined processes and automation as feasible. + Initiate shared services support for spring 2025 appointments while reviews and approvals are underway to set-up the shared services team. + Experience processing transactions using Workday a plus.
