HR Coordinator
Job Description Insight Global is hiring an HR Coordinator for a consulting customer in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities include the following: Workday Administration & Support •Maintain and update employee records and job data within Workday. • Support configuration updates, business process changes, and troubleshooting within core HCM. • Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance. • Assist employees and managers with Workday navigation, self-service, and system questions. • Interfaces with Benefits vendors to ensure proper employee coverage • Reviews & approves Benefits changes • Administers Open Enrollment process through Workday & guides new hires through first time benefits enrollments • During plan and offering changes, works with vendors & Workday technical resource to gather requirements, test, and implement new set up. General HR Support • Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and job change workflows within Workday. • Support compensation cycles and merit reviews through data validation and reporting. • Help maintain up-to-date HR documentation and vendor records. • Provide support on HR team projects as needed. • Help streamline HR processes by identifying automation opportunities within Workday. HR Data, Reporting & Analytics • Build and run reports in Workday (Advanced, Matrix, and custom reports depending on access level). • Prepare monthly and quarterly HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring metrics, diversity data, etc.). • Partner with HR leaders to interpret data and provide insights for decision-making. • Identify data quality issues and help resolve root causes. Compliance & Documentation • Maintain audit-ready HR data and support compliance reporting (EEO-1, ACA, I-9, etc.). • Document Workday processes, knowledge articles, and SOPs for HR team use. Payroll Support • Serve as a trained back-up for semi-monthly payroll processing, assisting with timely data input and validation. • Respond to basic payroll questions and support payroll-related communication during absences or peak periods. • Help maintain accurate payroll records and ensure alignment between HRIS and payroll systems.
