JOB DESCRIPTION:
Insight Global's sports memorabilia client in Burr Ridge, IL, is looking to bring an HR Coordinator onto their staff. Our client is one of the largest of its kind in North America, offering products and services such as autographed memorabilia, card pack breaks, and autograph signings!
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities:
• 70% Recruiting & Talent Operations
○ Full‑cycle recruiting
○ Job postings and candidate sourcing
○ Scheduling and coordinating interviews
○ Onboarding and preparing new‑hire packets
○ Offboarding processes
○ Benefits administration
○ Maintaining and updating employee handbooks
30% HR Support
• Payroll administration
○ Time and attendance management
○ Employee PTO tracking
○ Employee relations support
○ Workplace culture initiatives (monthly lunches, 2 annual events)
• Preparing payroll input reports
○ Detailed review and breakdown of hours worked
Light Accounting Support
• Assisting with checks and balances
• Reviewing data, identifying discrepancies, and correcting issues

Skills and Requirements
MUST HAVES:
- 3+ years of adjacent experience in recruiting/human resources
○ Prefer candidates to come from a similar, medium-sized company
- Proficiency with ADP software for payroll and applicant tracking
- Proficiency with Google work spaces
Sheets, Docs, Meet, etc. PLUSSES:
Experience working with QuickBooks Online
