HR Coordinator
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 2-3 days/week)

A marketing firm in Boston is looking for a self-starting, organized HR Coordinator to join their HR team. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including benefits administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, preparing bi-weekly payroll, leaves of absence, and employee communications and enagement. Experience using Rippling HRIS is strongly preferred.
