Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. As a HR Coordinator, you will be part of the HR department supporting employee engagement, recruitment, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Perform accurate and timely data entry into HR systems
+ Generate and distribute HR and operations reports as needed
+ Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal events
+ Partner with leadership to support departmental HR needs and initiatives
+ Provide support in recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and screening candidates
**What's Needed?**
+ Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative support preferred
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
