Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting factory operations and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** HR Coordinator
**Location: Savannah, GA**
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform all HR administrative assistant duties, serving as the primary contact for visitors and service providers at the Savannah facility.
+ Support factory leadership with administrative tasks, including organizing events such as safety days, retirements, employee milestones, and celebrations.
+ Manage communication efforts, including maintaining factory calendars, updating team on upcoming events, and preparing recognition updates and newsletters.
+ Assist with onboarding processes, including ordering supplies for new hires, managing uniforms, and tracking new hire and milestone information.
+ Support employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, direct deposits, and other HR-related topics, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support visitors and employees effectively.
+ Ability to manage calendars, coordinate events, and support factory communication channels.
+ Experience with HR support functions such as onboarding, employee recognition, and benefits administration is preferred.
+ Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and team collaboration.
