HR Coordinator
Job Title: HR CoordinatorJob Description

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Coordinator to support and manage key HR functions, including payroll, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in ADP Workforce Now, knowledgeable in California labor law, and capable of collaborating across departments, including with our Mexico facility. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.

ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and supporting compliance initiatives.Process timely and accurate payroll using ADP Workforce Now.Manage employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment.Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes in line with company policies.Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in both English and Spanish.Maintain HR documents, policies, forms, and the employee handbook.Serve as the site’s safety coordinator, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and reporting.Support HR-related communications and initiatives for our Mexico facility.
Essential SkillsMinimum 2 years of HR experience, including payroll and benefits administration.Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.Strong knowledge of California labor law.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.

This position is on-site in Harbor City.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harbor City, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
