HR Coordinator

Description

•\tKey liaison with our dedicated ADP HR Business Partner.

•\tAssist in recruiting, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

•\tConducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.

•\tReviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.

•\tPerforms routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, various leave reasons; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; productivity, recognition, and morale.

•\tHandles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, working with ADP business partner on complex and/or sensitive matters.

•\tMaintains knowledge and compliance of federal/state/local laws, trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

•\tAdminister the SAP Concur system for expense reporting and travel, ensuring compliance with company policies, providing support to users and perform analytics and reporting to management.

•\tPerforms other related duties as assigned by management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bilingual is highly preferred but not required

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, etc. is preferred but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
