Job Description Part‑Time | 28–32 hrs/week | Remote (Must live within driving distance of Bridgewater, NJ) March 2 start | 5–6 month contract A fast‑growing medical device company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide maternity leave coverage on a 5-6 month contract basis. This role functions as the primary US HRBP and requires someone confident working independently. Position is fully remote with occasional onsite needs in Bridgewater, NJ. Key Responsibilities Serve as HRBP for ~40 US employees (growing to ~80). Manage semi‑monthly payroll in ADP (PEO) and handle quarterly sales bonus reconciliation. Support open enrollment, benefits questions, and general employee relations. Oversee onboarding and 30/60/90‑day check‑ins. Review and approve T&E expenses (via Expensify). Support recruiting using LinkedIn Recruiter and coordinate hiring processes. Prepare employee agreements using established templates. Attend onsite meetings when C‑level leadership is present. Skills and Requirements Qualifications 5+ years HR experience (HR Manager or Senior HR Manager level). Strong ADP and payroll preparation experience required. Excel proficiency and strong HR systems knowledge. Able to work independently with minimal oversight. Must be located within driving distance of Bridgewater, NJ. Nice to have: Experience in medical device, biotech, pharma, or supporting sales teams with incentives/bonuses.
