This Position reports to:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to shape the people agenda across our business units and partner with local leadership.
Join us to shape talent, performance, and employee relations in a role that makes a real difference to the business.


Your responsibilities

Act as a local HR Business Partner for assigned business units and represent HR in the local management team.

Drive people strategy, ensure compliance, and fulfill fiduciary responsibilities for the legal entity.

Implement Group HR policies and processes and support managers in organizational design and performance management.

Lead talent and workforce processes including succession planning, performance reviews, and capability planning.

Partner with leaders on career development, learning, compensation, benefits, and personnel cost management.

Act as an Employee Relations partner, handling ER topics, disciplinary cases, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Promote a strong employee experience, engagement, and inclusive culture.

Collaborate with Regional HRBPs and HR communities and represent ABB with external stakeholders.

Salary conditions: €2,900 gross per month + variable component
The stated salary represents the minimum guaranteed base salary for this position. The final base salary will be adjusted based on your professional knowledge, skills, experience, and other relevant personal attributes.


What you bring

Education: High school or university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including proven success in an HRBP role within a matrix organization and influencing senior leaders.

HR Expertise: Strong understanding of core HR areas (Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance & Reward) and current HR trends.

Employment Law: Broad, up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.

Skills: Excellent communication, coaching, critical thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills, with strong business acumen.

 Languages & Trust: Fluency in Slovak and advanced English, with a high level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
