Essential Functions

Develop HR strategy to support business growth and transformational changePartner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning and performance management to strengthen and upgrade the functional capabilityPlay a role as change agent and to optimize organization structure with business to achieve the sustainable performance and productivity goalsSupport business leaders to build an inspiring organization cultureBe a trusted advisor to diagnose the personal/organization effectiveness and team cohesivenessMaximize HR functionality efficiency and effectiveness through best delivery model and professional coaching to businessProvide reports and analyses as requested by senior management and line manager

Qualifications   

Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years HR experienceKnowledge of human resources policies, procedures and systems, as well as local lawProficiency in human resources software packages, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power PointExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsGood command of EnglishAbility to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine mattersDetail oriented, strong analytical logic foundation and a good team player
