Your role

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectivesAct as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR issues, providing guidance and support on key people-related decisionsPartner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvementLead and manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementationAnalyze and interpret HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior managementEnsure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and keep abreast of employment law developmentsProvide coaching and support to managers on people-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and talent developmentBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and the HR functionDevelop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the business and the industry, and use this knowledge to inform HR strategy and initiativesChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization

Your Background:

We are looking for

MBA with work experience of 3- 5 years in Human Resources.A go-getter who is  good in communication, and can challenge status quo to implement talent solutions aligned with Aptiv missionA Learning enthusiast who is well read, follows the latest  trends in HR and can effectively implement learnings as new talent solutions

Skill Set Requirement

Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment lawsExperience leading HR projects and initiatives from start to finishProven ability to build strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWork experience in High tech Preferred
