Job Description

The HR Assistant will assist with recruitment efforts by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. This role supports onboarding and offboarding processes, maintains accurate employee records in HRIS systems, and responds to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. The HR Assistant will also help coordinate employee engagement activities and wellness programs, prepare HR reports, support payroll and benefits administration, and ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive HR data.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruitment efforts including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Help coordinate employee engagement activities and wellness programs.Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation for audits and compliance.Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive HR data.Skills and Qualifications Required1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Work Environment

The HR Assistant will work in an office environment with standard office equipment. The role requires proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. The position involves regular communication with employees and candidates, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
