HR Assistant
Job Title: HR AssistantJob Description The HR Assistant will support the onboarding process for employees transitioning from Rite Aid to a new organization. This position is short-term and fully remote, making it ideal for individuals on a college break or those seeking temporary HR experience. Responsibilities + Assist the HR Manager in collecting and verifying documentation required for onboarding full-time employees. + Update and maintain job descriptions and applicant tracking records. + Confirm professional licenses, particularly for pharmacists, through online verification. + Perform various administrative tasks related to onboarding and employee records. Essential Skills + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. + Comfortable conducting internet searches for license verification and other onboarding tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in human resources and data entry. + Familiarity with onboarding processes. Work Environment This is a remote position with a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role requires a comfortable and quiet environment suitable for virtual work. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
